Welcome to Kurmul International School! I am pleased and proud to introduce to you this new addition to the community of international schools in Phnom Penh. Announcement of Appointment of Mr. Lawrence LOUR as the Chief Principal of
Kurmul International School, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
The Boards of Directors of International Education Association Limited and Kurmul International School are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. LOUR Tsang Tsay Lawrence as the Chief Principal of Kurmul International School, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with effect from March 24, 2011.
After receiving his secondary education in Hong Kong, Mr. Lour obtained his BA magna cum laude in Mathematics from Kalamazoo College, Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA., MA in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, California, USA. and Diploma-in-Education from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
The founding Principal of Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary School (CDGFSS https://www.cdgfss.edu.hk) in Hong Kong, Mr. Lour led the school from 1987 to 2007 and was elected a member of the Executive Committee of Evangelical School Development Incorporation Limited, the sponsoring body of CDGFSS, in 2009.
The Boards of Directors believe that KIS will develop into a quality Christian school for the Cambodian community under Mr. Lour's leadership.
