Teaching that inspires potentials
The design of courses is student-focused; the role of teachers is to develop students' potential and interests, to guide them to explore learning, to develop their potential to the full, to build up passion on learning, leading to learning actively and enjoying the learning process. Therefore, teachers are not the key players in classrooms but they let students become the key players. Teachers introduce the themes of learning briefly, set up group discussion, raise questions that arouse reflection and design diverse interesting learning tasks, let students use multiple intelligence and different learning techniques to learn. In a classroom, students' active participation will be praised and encouraged by teachers; good teaching will be respected and appreciated by students.
Creative Training in Problem-solving Techniques
Our school does not merely focus on training students' language and learning abilities but also pay special attention to students' memorising and reflecting abilities. Through leading students to participate in training that promote problem solving reflecting and cooperating, students are encouraged to develop creativity to resolve problems in different ways determinately.
