Assessment of Teaching and Learning

Our school will use modern ways of assessment. Summative assessment will be held on a regular basis in order to assess students' learning and teachers' teaching ability thus improving their proficiency. Every year each subject and each teacher would be assessed while each student would record their own status of learning in their learning handbook. By doing that, teachers can help students to improve their learning habits specifically. Other than this system of self assessment, our school is supported by Evangelical School Development Incorporation Ltd (ESDI) which would send experts in education, principals and teachers to communicate with our staffs and carry out external assessment once every three years. By doing so, our school can receive a more objective assessment. We wish to improve actively so that our graduates could at least attained equal qualification of the country while some students can exceed the level of the same grade in academic subjects or other skills through attending advance courses. The aim of our school is that our students' academic level can reach the Asian level within the first ten years of the school establishment.
